MY GREATEST DISCOVERY EVER
This is my personal findings after my experience with colon cancer, and I have made extensive research on this especially owing to the fact that one of my first desires while growing up was to become a medical doctor. I would like you to relax and read this because you could save someone today. Don't let anyone tell you that there's no solutions to these issues: Cancer, diabetes, cholesterol and stroke.
Many people wonder why we gain unwanted weight (even when we gym a lot), have diabetes, stroke, oxidative stress, cancer, etc.
Also, people wonder why others are not usually in the hospital even at old age while we struggle each day with some yet unpronounced ailments.
Before I continue, please note. Eating too much carbohydrates or sugar does not cause diabetes as we have been lied to by medical experts. I eat sugar a lot, yet my sugar level is always low. Initially I was told that cancer cells were feeding on the sugar in my body, that's why I needed more sugar. But I finally found out that my genetic makeup (especially owing to my being highly active) needed sugar more than expected.
THE REAL SITUATION: INDUSTRIALISATION INTRODUCED EARLY DEATH TO HUMANITY
The high rates of dreaded diseases and consequent deaths we see today started majorly immediately after the world witnessed industrialization. These industrial operations accompanied with combustion of heavy hydrocarbons, began to generate and emit atmospheric toxins into our environments. With this, we therefore unknowingly began to inhale unhealthy air saturated with unwanted toxic particles.
THE REAL TROUBLE MAKER IDENTIFIED
And one of the deadliest toxins emitted from heavy operations of industrialization, unknowingly inhaled by everyone of us is called PM2.5. Why is it called PM2.5? It is called PM2.5 because of its minute nature.
At about 2.5 micrometers, the so-called particular matter 2.5 (PM2.5) values are of topical importance, as such small particles can penetrate the human lung barriers, enter the blood system UNNOTICED and get stuck in there.
Today, the resultant are cancer cases related to many air pollutants, and especially to this PM2.5, contributing to exploding costs within the healthcare system.
SO, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Upon the assimilation of the dreaded PM2.5 into the blood, polysaturation of fat molecules starts in the blood and liver area. These built and accumulated unwanted fats blocks sugar passage to the right places within the human body, therefore the required energy will not be generated from the abundant sugar and glucose already gulped into the body. With this new development, the body organs starts getting weak and tired as energy to function has been denied them.
SO WHAT DO WE DO?
Many health related posts has been streaming endlessly telling us all the reasons why we get sick or die early. Most times you could read and read and get worked up because you may start feeling like you have not been living the right life even when you have spent your entire life following rules upon rules. THE REMEDY; but God didn't create us without solutions. In fact, in His infinite wisdom, He gave herbs to mankind as palliatives to every medical and biological issue. Unfortunately, man refused God's provisions for our well being. Alas, my people die because of lack of knowledge.
WHAT DID GOD GIVE US?
He gave us ANTIOXIDANTS. Many will ask, (a) what are antioxidants? (b) where can they be found? (c) at what quantity are they needed?
Answers: Antioxidants are compounds that inhibit oxidation. So what is oxidation again? Plenty grammar. Anyway, oxidation is a chemical reaction that can produce free radicals (another Oyibo), thereby leading to chain reactions that may damage the cells of an organism or stop production of new cells.
Secondly, antioxidants are found in abundance in those foods we neglect most. More so, while few animals can offer antioxidants, spices, fruits and vegetables are the houses of these antioxidants. Many people buy carbohydrates and starchy foods to gain energy or feed their unending hunger while complaining that spices, fruit and vegetables are so expensive.
But they soon forget that they will spend 50 times same value to get drugs that may not cure them when they finally fall sick.
